SHIPPING POLICY

At DaisyDrop, we work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your premium fashion products. Please review our shipping policy below.

FULFILLMENT & PROCESSING

Dropshipping Notice: DaisyDrop partners with third-party suppliers, including Trendsi and Printful, to fulfill and ship orders directly to you. This means:

  • Products ship from different warehouse locations across the United States
  • Items in a single order may ship separately from different facilities
  • You may receive multiple packages for one order
  • Each package will have its own tracking number

Processing Times:

  • Standard Products (Trendsi): 1-3 business days processing
  • Print-on-Demand Products (Printful): 3-7 business days for production and processing
  • Other Products: Processing times vary by supplier and will be communicated at checkout

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing (when available)
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing (when available)

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 10-20 business days after processing
  • Delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing

Important Notes:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Shipping times do not include processing time
  • Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method
  • Product supplier and origin location

Free Shipping Promotions: When we offer free shipping promotions, the following applies:

  • Free shipping applies to standard shipping only
  • Minimum order requirements may apply
  • Offer valid for U.S. addresses only (unless otherwise stated)
  • Expedited and express shipping upgrades available for additional cost

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number(s)
  • Link to track your package(s)
  • Estimated delivery date

If your order contains multiple items shipping from different locations, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • U.S. territories
  • Select international destinations

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. boxes for certain oversized items
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (availability varies by product)
  • Addresses flagged as high-risk for fraud

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country
  • These charges are not included in your order total and are collected upon delivery
  • DaisyDrop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
  • Refused shipments due to customs fees will not be refunded

Customs Documentation: We accurately declare all shipment values and product descriptions on customs forms as required by law.

SPECIAL SHIPPING CONSIDERATIONS

Printful Products: Certain items ship separately to protect their shape and ensure safe delivery, including:

  • Structured hats and caps
  • Backpacks and bags
  • Mugs and drinkware
  • Posters and canvases
  • Pillows with stuffing
  • Water bottles
  • Blankets

Trendsi Products:

  • Most apparel and accessories ship from U.S. warehouses
  • Shipping times meet standard delivery expectations
  • Products are packaged to maintain quality during transit

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark as delivered early)
  4. Contact us at info@daisydrop.shop if still missing

We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at info@daisydrop.shop
  3. Include your order number and photos
  4. We will arrange a replacement or refund

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Additional shipping fees to reship to the correct address
  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Address changes may be possible if requested immediately after ordering and before the item ships.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume during peak seasons (holidays, sales events)
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Product availability or production issues

We will notify you of any significant delays and provide updated delivery estimates.
